4. You move in — You get your key, your welcome packet, and a fresh start. Your support team will be with you from day one.

Legacy of Faith Transitional Housing is changing that. Led by a professional nursing team, we provide specialized transitional housing tailored to the unique needs of each person we serve. Elderly individuals who can no longer live alone. Veterans in need of a stable home. People with disabilities working toward independence in the community. Families at risk of homelessness.
