Legacy of Faith Transitional Housing is changing that. Led by a professional nursing team, we provide specialized transitional housing tailored to the unique needs of each person we serve. Elderly individuals who can no longer live alone. Veterans in need of a stable home. People with disabilities working toward independence in the community. Families at risk of homelessness. We meet people where they are and help them get where they need to be. Our housing models are not one size fits all. We build care around the person because everyone’s path looks different, but everyone deserves a foundation to stand on
